1. About our products Our garments are luxury pieces made to order. Each item is produced specifically after your order is placed. Colours and textures may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to display settings and the nature of the materials.

2. Made-to-order and lead times By placing an order you acknowledge that items are made to order and are not held in stock. Production takes approximately one (1) month, after which delivery times apply (see Shipping). The estimated dispatch date will be confirmed at or shortly after checkout. We will keep you informed if there is any delay.

3. Prices and payment All prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order. Payment is taken in full at the time of order, as production begins on receipt of payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Orders and contract formation Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order (e.g. if an item cannot be produced or payment is not authorised), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

5. Cancellation, returns and your rights See our separate Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Our liability We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms but are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
