REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your DD Campbell London pieces. Because our garments are made to order, please read this policy carefully before you buy.
 

Made-to-order items — cancellation and change of mind Our garments are produced specifically for you after you order [and, where applicable, made to your measurements]. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. By placing an order you acknowledge that production begins on payment and that, for this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order items.

Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us at mandqstudiolondon@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right at no cost to you, including return postage.

Cancelling before production If you contact us at mandqstudiolondon@gmail.com before we begin production, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Once production has started this may not be possible.

Refunds Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund or receiving the returned item.
