What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, body measurements where you provide them for made-to-order items, and order history.

  • Payment information: card and payment details are processed by our payment providers (Wix Payments). We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, and site usage via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
     

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To process and deliver your orders, including made-to-order garments — performance of a contract.

  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer service — legitimate interests/contract.

  • To send marketing emails where you have opted in — consent (you can withdraw at any time).

  • To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
     

Whom we share it with: We share data only as needed to run the business: payment processors, delivery and courier partners, our website platform (Wix), and email/marketing tools. We require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) are in place.
 

How long do we keep it? We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally six years), and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
 

Your rights You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email mandqstudiolondon@gmail.com.. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
